“Really enjoyed our family vacation! We were able to bring our dog, which was a real plus (and saved us about $200 in dog sitting costs overall). Our 3 young children enjoyed having all the bedrooms near one another at bedtime and the toys we found in the TV console and sunroom were an unexpected bonus as were all the great kid’s books in one of the bedrooms! While the weather was too cold for us to enjoy the sunroom, it was welcoming and would be nice to enjoy during warmer weather. The front of the house has a nice enclosed area that allowed us to keep our bikes outside at night without having to lock them up. All the decorations, furnishings and bedspreads were appealing and having laundry facilities (looked new) are always great for a family with kids. The room darkening shade in one of the bedrooms was a bonus for our kids. The water pressure in the showers was great and the water was nice and hot. Our 3 kids loved soaking in the large bathtub at the end of the day. There is a small enclosed backyard that is really nice for people with a dog. The home was a convenient bike ride to 2 town parks, the Boardwalk, the beach and all the fun stores. We were pleasantly surprised to find so many stores and restaurants open in late March (this isn’t always the case at the Jersey beaches we frequent) and many stores on the boardwalk opened on the Saturday before Easter. The town is conveniently located to Ocean City, MD as well as historic Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. Lastly, cleanup was fairly easy at departure since everything was on one floor. If we visit Rehoboth again, we would most certainly stay at this affordable and well-appointed rental home again.”
